How it works
Sign up free
Signing up is free and it's your first step to operate: TVDE only runs under our licence. By signing up, you're joining to drive with us.
Send your documents
Driving licence, criminal record and your car's papers — all as PDF, in the app. No TVDE certificate or badge of your own needed.
Approval
We check everything. Once it's right, we move on to activation.
Clear contract
Sign in minutes. Rules up front: the weekly slot (€30 + tax, TVDE only; or €50 + tax, TVDE + tours), insurance (in the company's name, paid by you), your percentage on tours and — if you use your own car — the car's expenses on you. No small print.
Activation
Signing up is free. Activation costs €100 and starts your insurance. Uniform and dashcam are mandatory: buy the work pack (€80) in the cart or bring your own. We activate you right after.
TVDE insurance handled by us
The insurance is in VIP Tours' name (required by law) and you're the one paying it, always charged in advance. You drive covered and legal, with no red tape or badge of your own.
Mandatory kit
Uniform and dashcam are mandatory (control and protection). You can buy the work pack (€80) in the cart — uniform, dashcam and on-board kit — or use your own. You arrive ready for your first job.
In-app training
We walk you through the app: accepting tours, GPS and the tablet narration. In minutes you're driving.
Courses & certifications
Access to guiding, language and hospitality training — to give a better service and earn more.
TVDE + tours
Day to day you drive TVDE and, on top, take the tours you want — they pay far more than a ride.
Pick up the client
You collect the client at their address, hotel or airport on time. The car is just for their group.
Tablet narration
You drive the tour with the guided narration playing on the tablet — at each stop, in the client's language.
Finish the tour
You close the tour in the app. Everything logged, no paperwork.
Get paid & settle the week
All the money goes through the company — taxes and accounts handled by us. You get your share weekly, every Tuesday, with the slot and insurance already settled. Reliable, no surprises.
Advances when you need them
Something came up? Request an advance in the app and get it now. It's deducted from your next settlement — no interest, no red tape.
Support always
A support team with you before, during and after. Marketing and bookings are on us — you drive and earn with TVDE and tours.

- Category B licence for 3+ years
